Registration Clerk

Registration clerk will suppport 6-Month project supported by SHF in Bardhere district.

The roles and responsibilities for the registration will include;

  1. Perform clerical services such as registration clerk, receptionist, admit, administrative and data clerk.
  2. Provide clerical services in registering beneficiares in food security setting.
  3. Maintain beneficiary records per village, per services in an organized manner
  4. Share monthly reports with the project officer, execute accurate transcription of orders on time.
  5. Answer and respond to beneficiaries’ inquiries regarding the program and why their information are recorded

Person Specifications (Requirements):

  1. Diploma in Social sciences or any related fields
  2. At least 0-2 years’ experience in food security programs In Somalia
  3. Fluent in English and Somali
  4. Ability to enter data into excel
  5. Social mobilization experience preferred
  6. NGO experience, including training and provision of technical support to partners/communities
  7. Flexibility; ability to work as a team in a multicultural context
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  9. Strong team building and management skills
  10. Having report writing skills and communication skills.
